Every successful migration starts with a clear picture of what you have and where it should go. RACube discovers and maps your estate - applications, data and integrations - then assigns each workload a disposition using the industry-standard 6 R's: rehost, replatform, refactor, repurchase, retire or retain. Alongside it we build the TCO and FinOps business case, so the numbers are on the table before anything moves.

The output is a prioritized migration backlog grouped into low-risk waves, each with effort, cost and expected benefit. Decisions are data-led - based on dependencies, risk and total cost of ownership - and you approve the plan and the business case up front.

Landing Zones & Cloud Foundation - secure-by-design, built as code

Before workloads move, they need somewhere safe to land. RACube builds an enterprise landing zone - a multi-account organization with guardrails, secure-by-design networking, centralized identity and shared services - so every workload inherits security, governance and observability by default. Production, non-production, data and sandbox workloads sit in isolated accounts with clear blast-radius boundaries.

Everything is delivered as Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform): versioned, repeatable and consistent across regions. That means multi-region high availability is standard, environments are reproducible, and drift is controlled - not something discovered during an incident.

Migration & Cutover - zero-downtime, parallel-run, no big-bang risk

With the plan approved and the foundation built, RACube executes the migration wave by wave. We keep the source estate and the cloud target in sync, run them in parallel, and validate the cloud live before any traffic is switched. Because the two environments stay aligned, cutover becomes a controlled switch with rollback ready - not a high-stakes big-bang.
