RALogEd is a RACube product that plugs into the very platforms we design and run - Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect and NICE inContact. It listens to their audit APIs, normalizes every configuration change, and stores it in one central repository. So the same partner who builds and operates your contact center also keeps a complete, auditable record of everything that changes inside it.

Change Capture & Log Repository - a permanent record of every change

At its foundation, RALogEd captures every configuration change - create, update, delete and publish - as it happens, and turns it into a single normalized record: who made the change, what they did, when, which object was affected, and the before-and-after state. Those records land in one searchable repository, governed by retention policies you control.

The result is a forensic history of your entire configuration estate that you can search, filter and export - instead of scattered, short-lived platform logs that vanish before you need them.

User → Objects - from a person to everything they changed

Start from any user and drill straight down to their complete change activity: what they did, which object they touched, and exactly when. Each entry carries the before-and-after detail, so you see the actual change - not just that something changed.

This is the view you reach for during access reviews, offboarding checks, or any “who did this?” investigation - a person, and everything they touched, on one screen.

Now read the same records from the other direction. Start from any object - a queue, a flow, a permission set - and see its full change history: who changed it, what they changed, and when, laid out as a timeline. You can reconstruct exactly how an object reached its current state.

It is the fastest path to root cause: when something breaks, drill into the object and pinpoint the change - and the person - responsible, then decide whether to roll it back.

Audit & Compliance - an audit trail you can stand behind

RALogEd keeps an append-only, tamper-evident log, so records can’t be quietly altered - and turns it into evidence on demand with one-click CSV or PDF reports for any user, object or time window. That makes access reviews and audits for SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS and GDPR faster and defensible.
